CHEF AND FOUNDER
Chef Jose Pinot discovered his passion for cooking while caring for his ill mother. This journey led him from studying psychology to pursuing culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University. After graduating, quickly rising through the ranks, he started as an apprentice at the Fountainbleau Hilton, where he first became a sous chef.
Chef Pinot’s career flourished as he worked at renowned establishments like Quattro on Lincoln Road and Mark Militelo’s South Beach restaurant. Eventually became the executive chef at Nemo’s and contributed to the creation of Jimmy’s Kitchen, a chef-driven restaurant chain.
Chef Pinot combines his rich culinary expertise with a deep passion for mentoring his staff. He continues to strive an create unforgettable dining experiences while nurturing the next generation of chefs.
